• Return/Exchange window of 10 days from the delivery date

• To initiate a return or exchange, drop us an email on connect@reedoofashion.com with the Order ID and phone number/email id

• All products need to be in unused condition, with Reedoo packaging and tags intact

• Returns or exchanges are not possible for products that are damaged, used or without the packaging and tags

• In case of returns, a store credit of the same amount is issued which can be redeemed on our website within 6 months

• For items bought on sale, an exchange fee of Rs.100 is charged
