The shipping address of your order can only be modified only beer it is packed. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at connect@reedoofashion.com.

We ship most orders within 24 business hours and it will be delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the location.

We have free shipping for all orders above Rs. 799.

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via email at connect@reedoofashion.com. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

To initiate a return or exchange, you can drop us an email on connect@reedoofashion.com with the Order ID and phone number/email id.

We have a Return/Exchange window of 10 days from the delivery date

To return or exchange a product purchased from Reedoo, all products need to be in unused condition, with Reedoo packaging and tags intact. Returns or exchanges are not possible for products that are damaged, used or without the packaging and tags.

In case of returns, a store credit of the same amount is issued which can be redeemed on our website within 60 days. For items bought on sale, an exchange fee of Rs.100 is charged.

You can cancel an order before it has been packed. For any cancellation requests, please drop us an email on connect@reedoofashion.com.

We've integrated with secure payment gateways that accept UPI and all major debit and credit cards. 

COD is available as a payment option. You are requested to pay only cash to the delivery partner as we do not accept any other mode of payment in COD.
